Alex Mitchell, Integrative Life Coach is smiling.

My approach to coaching is a partnership.

I care about you and your dreams.

I also care about how you take care of yourself, how you think and feel about yourself and who you are out in the world.

I’m here to be a guide, support, sounding board and to ask hard questions.

We work together from a place of recognizing your strengths, even as you work on areas that you want to change.

I view you with unconditional positive regard. Always.

People work with me in a wide range of areas.

  • Some people are seeking clarity in relationships or their businesses.

  • Other people want to set goals and attain them. Lots of people want to decrease their stress and anxiety.

  • A number of people work with me to improve their sleep. Or to change a habit or to overcome procrastination.

All of my clients want to make lasting changes.

How we’ll work together.

My integrative life coaching is bespoke and includes conversational hypnosis, NLP techniques and is grounded in how the brain works, both on a conscious and unconscious level.

Generally, I recommend a minimum of three sessions to start as we explore the changes that you want to make. However, know that rapid change is possible and you will begin to experience change during the first session. Anyone new to my practice should begin with a free coaching conversation to experience working with me.

In one-to-one coaching, we can work together on whatever you wish.

What if you could:

  • Feel less anxiety in social situations or before that big presentation

  • Overcome procrastination and move right on to that feeling of accomplishment

  • Walk past your kitchen and not mindlessly snack

  • Manage your day-to-day life to have less stress and enjoy it more

  • Start writing that book that you’ve always dreamed about

  • Fall asleep and stay asleep through the night

  • Start exercising and be consistent with it

  • Release old patterns and make space for new habits

  • Learn techniques to aid in management of chronic pain
